Exchange and Returns Policy
General Guidelines

Return Window: Items must be shipped back to us within 30 business days of receipt at the customer's expense.

Condition: Items must be unused, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the official receipt or invoice from purchase.

Shipping: Return items must be shipped prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped to prevent damage. ADN Care LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned shipment.

Exchanges: If exchanging an item, we will ship the new item(s) if they are in stock; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

Reporting: Requests for returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or incomplete items must be made within 7 business days of receipt.

Handling Mistakes: In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to handle returns quickly and fairly. Customers may request a return on applicable items within 45 days of the original date of receipt.
